So What Happened to Sixbears?

In short, I’m fine. My extended family is also well.

So why has this blog gone quiet?

This blog evolved into two main themes. The first was as a prepper blog. Frankly, you should have prepped by now. I’ve covered enough ground that I’d basically be repeating myself over and over again. Right now I’m taking advantage of a lull in the panic to top off my canned and dry goods.

The second thing this blog ended up doing was covering my travels. Right now I’m not going far at all. It’s time to stick close to the homestead.

Be well.

  1. I was thinking that you told us that you'd be lessening the frequency. It's good to hear from you, though. Maybe you can at least say hello once in a while.

    1. While I don't think I'll be doing daily posts much, I think I'll be posting more often than I've done lately.

    1. Focused on other things, but I didn't want to leave everyone hanging.

  9. The next few months are likely to bring almost any eventuality. I kinda reckon one of the factors of Bison going dark. We all hunkering down and riding this swell for what it's worth. Hopefully it doesn't close out and leaves a smooth run-out...

    1. I hadn't checked on the perfect hair dude in a bit and was only half surprised to see he went dark.

Yeah, we are surfing this wave for all it's worth. Hope we end up on a nice beach rather than on the rocks.

Really does feel like Apocalypse bingo some days.

  10. Appreciate you checking in. The few blogs that I still read, well the list gets shorter every year as time marches on and life takes turns away from posting.

Stay well to you and your family and the 4 legged one.

    1. Lots of folks have gone quiet. Didn't want people to worry too much. We are in as good a situation as anyone can be.
