Dad

Early Saturday morning dad passed away in his sleep. I was lucky to have him for a dad. He was a good man and always there for me. Every kid thinks his dad is a hero. I never stopped thinking it.

He's missed.

I loved him.

  9. Very sorry to read of your Dad's passing. My Dad left almost 16 years ago now. He was my hero, too. His wisdom echos in my ears, and those words still guide me. I pray that you, too, will hear your Dad speak to your heart going forward and that his guidance will give you peace.

  16. So sorry for your loss. A Dad is something very special to a child and can never be replaced, no matter how old and grown up that child is.

I can't seem to get my Google account to let me sign in so even though I am DizzyDick, it will say I am anonymous.

  20. I am so sorry to hear this. But it is a wonderful thing that you were able to spend this past few weeks with him. I know you put him at ease knowing you were there. I didn't have that opportunity when my dad passed. You were blessed to have that time. God Speed my friend.
