Sailing -really



My lovely wife and I are heading out on the water -finally.

The hand is making good progress. While not 100%, it's usable.

We have plans for heading out for about a week. Of course, that's not cast in stone. To a certain extent it depends on the weather.

We are self-contained for at least a week. That's not too bad for an Oday 19, a boat designed as a day sailor and “weekender.”

Wifi connections were few and far between the last time we traveled these waters. It's not called Florida's Nature Coast for nothing. Expect me back when you see me.

    The only limitation to a small boat is the amount of water you can haul. Suggest lining the floorboard with cases of beer and drinking your way to room aboard...

    Damn a week without a post hope it means you had a blast! ! !As soon as you can send your kids and friends lots of pics of yall soaking in the sun.wILL MAKE THEM SMILE AS THEY SHOVEL SNOW in the blizzard.
