Shooting too big to ignore

The massive shooting of 50 people in Orlando brings great sadness to my heart.

There are those who will use this shooting to push political agendas. People demand that “something be done,” but decisions made in the heat of the moment are rarely good ones.

As for myself I'm going to pray for those who've lost their lives and for the families and friends of those who remain.

That's all I can say for now.

    1. There are those who let no crisis go to waste when it comes to pushing political agendas.

  2. And there will be more attacks again and again until we decide otherwise.

  3. It is very sad. I also agree with the blogger who was angry with press describing the attack as the 'worst mass shooting in U.S. history'. There are sick souls who will use this as a challenge to get more carnage.

A lot of people lost people they love - prayers and condolences for them to recocile themselves to what just occurred. The world can be a cruel place.

    1. Not that they need another one. Have you noticed that just about all the shooters have mental issues? Yet we never call for better mental health care.
