40 Years



Today is the 40th wedding anniversary for my lovely wife and I. We were a couple of crazy 20 year old kids. Now we are a couple of crazy 60 year old adults.

We only knew each other only four months before getting married. Turns out that was plenty long enough. When you know, you know. We were a couple of idealistic dreamers and we still are.

Our kids have put together a gathering of friends and family. I'm going to take a day or two off to enjoy.

      I'm lucky we found each other at such a young age and we were wise enough to not screw it up.

    Yeah, Kathy and I date back to the mid seventies also.
    We are a rare item in this self serving me too world of me, me ,I ,I .
